Paper Prints are printed on Archival fineart paper which offers a traditional matte finish with subtle texture. These prints come without mats or frames.

Shadowbox Frames are made by mounting a deckle edge print on a spacer which lifts the print off of the surface creating a shadow under the print with an appropriate size border.

My work has evolved over the years from large format 8x10 camera’s with traditional techniques, to my now abstract hand held, long exposures with multiple layers. The approach that I take with my photography is "Jen Tak" or it just happens. I photograph everything that interests me, whether the lighting is right or not. I use the camera as a sketchbook and then turn these sketches into something that moves me. I am thinking about the elements, foreground, background, texture, sky, and main subject. My landscapes don’t exist except in my mind.

Encaustic Prints are made by pouring wax on to the surface of a print which has been mounted on wood cradle. The wax acts as a protective coating as well as adding texture and luminance to the print. The final piece has a depth of 2.5 inches, and is ready to hang. Contact me for pricing and available sizes.
